Where do I send WSJT-X feature suggestions?

A previous version of WSJT measured audio level with 0.1 dB resolution
which was nice for sun noise measurements.

Would it be useful if the audio level meter in WSJT-X have 0.1 dB
increments rather than 1.0 dB steps?

This assumes that this measurement is linear.
