     EME contest rules states:    “....worked, EME   exchange sent, EME   exchange received, each new multiplier, and points earned. Photocopies of the log”   

  
I don’t see any definition of what exactly “EME exchange sent” or “EME exchange received” means?
  

  
In VHF contest, it is grid, but I have been using RO and OOO.    Can somebody clarify?
