[Moon] [Moon-net] Draw graphic for moon visibility

Hi,
In response to several questions, I completed the software with a help 
page.
New here: http://f2tu.pagesperso-orange.fr/Doc/WindMoon.xls
I also create a web page database to put the pictures that I received.
Here: http://www.qsl.net/f2tu/Windows/

But the version for  southern hemisphere also is not not over. It's more 
complicated. Sorry Charlie!
