We had a relaxed day. Bought some stamps at the post office (this operation took about half an hour. It seems they never sell stamps) and we also made some QSO's on short wave. Just killing the time. Nice to work some well known EME-stations on 20 meters JT65a too! It's getting tough to work new ones. Everyone seems to have worked us by now. QSO rate is getting low. We can't help that so many customers are satisfied... At the end of this day (we made 16 QSO's on two meters), our total now is 291 QSO's on 144 MHz and 9 QSO on 432 MHz. So today we broke the East African record. 5Z4EME (Atleticoteam Kenya 2009) worked 282 inits. This means that this DXpedition is our 3rd best. We celebrated this with some gin tonic. We will be QRV tomorrow from moonrise to moonset (as long as there are customers and we don't have important other duties) on 144.134 MHz, 5X1EME 1st.
