Some sad news to end the year.
I doubt many will remember Ken now, perhaps Peter G3LTF will as they will
have met back in the day.
Ken Street GM3ENJ of Dunfermline, was part of the first moonbounce group in
the '60's here in Scotland on 432 MHz. Along with GM3FYB, GM3EGW, GM3CIG,
and GM3HYX they built a dish and 432 Mc/s transmitter and receiver for EME.
Ken was 91 and was still on 144 MHz SSB from his home until his death a
couple of days ago. Incidentally Charlie GM3HYX is still active on 144 MHz
SSB and Jimmy GM3CIG is still around though not on the radio.
