Ryan,
I've got couple of these six-footers salvaged from commercial mw
application. I think they were use at 6-GHz, based on size of he feed.
I've had them free for the taking for several years.
The back structure us heavy steel so not particularly good for mounting
on tower like Rohn-25. Just use the dish and make your own supports.
You're drawing looks reasonable for truck bed hauling. I'd design it so
dish cold look straight up for hauling to minimize wind drag. Also
definitely have tie down cables to hold dish to truck. Rachet straps
would also do well. Have feed removable for hauling to lower the
overall height.
A HD rotator ought to suffice for azimuth drive and a satellite actuator
for elevation.
GL with the project!

Howdy all,
Looking for ideas and recommendations on how to mount and point this
1.8m dish. My plan is to mount this dish to a shortened tower segment
and then to a beefed up pallet so I can load it in my truck for portable
eme operations.
Any advice or pictures of your az/el setup would be appreciated.
