Hi the Gang,
You cannot have 10W constantly with a TGA4915 !7 to 8 is a good result without risks.We
made many 24Gig SSPAs using the TGA4915 device here in France, I provided many prints
event to the US and Vk also, the problem now is that this device is a legacy
product.Personally I built 3 amps and I coupled 2 of these, I could obtained around 19W
but with a high risk of destruction .Read the paper I made for the EME2014 conference in
France, this white paper is within the proceedings book of this conference we organized at
Pleumeur Bodou in the French Britanny, site of the TM8PB antenna .Find two picts of this
"souvenir souvenir" ... Lol...

Hi mooners,
For 10Ghz only one preamp is available and we will close further production after
delivering more then 100 pcs.
We expect a crowed band in the coming time,hi.
We are currently preparingthe first batch of a super LNA for 24Ghz with NF: 1.1dB
Furthemore we would like feedback for the design and production of an 24Ghz SSPA.
Design goal is: 10Watt rf out, Vdc: 15Vd and WG connections. We will design against a
reasonable price but need your feedback.
Thanks in advance,
Jan PAoPLY
