Hi Barry.
I think posting it here is a good idea but some of the RFI pages would be
good too.
Can you tell us more about the RFI? What band? EME? What antenna heading?
Did you eliminate your own house as the source?
Is it there all the time? How strong is it? Can you do a screen capture of
a waterfall and spectrum display over the widest bandwidth possible? An RTL
dongle is a good way to go or maybe a TinySA. Is it broadband or a single
or multiple carrier?
If it is a neighbor, the ARRL may be able to help. The FCC requires that
the ARRL should be the first contact in case of RFI. If need be they can
escalate the matter to the FCC. In one case here, that is what was required.

I have an audio recording of some RFI that is
bothering me. Any idea how
or where I can post it so it is accessible here? I'd like to see if anyone
recognizes it.
I tried using the "upload file" option on FaceBook but it says the file
type is not allowed. I recorded it on an iPhone using the Voice Memo app
and it shows in Windows as an "M4A" file type.
Thanks ES 73,
