I have an audio recording of some RFI that is bothering me. Any idea how or
where I can post it so it is accessible here? I'd like to see if anyone
recognizes it.
I tried using the "upload file" option on FaceBook but it says the file
type is not allowed. I recorded it on an iPhone using the Voice Memo app
and it shows in Windows as an "M4A" file type.
Thanks ES 73,

Interesting activity during last weekend's Dubus 13 cm Contest.
Worked 17 stations in total. Only one of these (KL6M) in cross band, all
the others in 2320 MHz.
Setup with 4.15 m dish and 100 Watt feed.
Many thanks to all the friends present .

Hello EME friends,Due to very high winds and gusts I was only briefly QRV on Saturday. The weather was also bad in other parts of Europe this day.The next day the weather was calm so was active most of the time on Sunday. Most signals were very strong so it was great to make CW QSOs on this fantastic band.13cm is always a challange due to the different allocations 2301, 2304, 2320 and 2400Mhz !!On the other hand, this is also a lot of fun because it's a bit more complicated .. hi hi I made 26 QSOs and especially on Sunday there was a lot of activity.Worked TX 2320 - RX 2304MhzKL6M, K2UYH big signal, K3WM and W5LUAWorked TX 2320 - RX 2320MhzOK1KKD, OH2DG, UA5Y, DB6NT, DL6SH, DF3RU, HB9Q booming signal !!, OH1LRY, IK3COJ, SP3XBO, ES5PC, OK2ULQ, DL4DTU, G4CCH, SP7DCS, IZ2DJP, PE1LWT, 9A5AA and VE6BGT initial #150 mixed mode and our 4th band also big signal.Worked TX 2320 - RX 2400MhzJJ1NNJ, OZ5G and JA8EREHeard on 2304: IW2FZR but could not get his attention. It was GREAT FUN and see you off the Moon on 23cm next month.73s de Jac, PA3DZL

Due to high winds on Saturday and then my PA failing at 18:00 I was not able to be very active, worked 8 stations only. Everything is now working again, 250w at feed, and I had 2 QSOs this afternoon. I will be QRV from about 20:00 to 22:30 looking for QSOs around 2320.100 and listening cross band on 2304 after I send CQ X.
If anyone wants a sked please email.
Sun noise measured today 20.1dB SF 159.

I have an old ARR 2M preamp that has recently died. I had a near lightning
strike. It was a nice little amp and I would like to repair it. I have
searched and cannot find any source for the MGF-1402 transistor. Would
anyone have a few that they would be willing to sell?
Thanks in advance.

Hi all,
I just wanted to comment on the excellent performance of the Bert Modderman
PE1RKI 140W SSPA.
The small town system on the GF15 used to power the CX1AA is based on Bert's
140W SSPA.
Although I respected all of Bert's recommendations to keep the SSPA cool and
dry, I was still fearful of its prolonged use in an activity like CX1AA's.
A power and temperature control was added as a precaution.
The last weekend was intense, just a few minutes free to cool the SSPA, but
the module never exceeded 40 degrees Celsius and did not present any problem
during the 4 hours of work each day.
Great job by Bert PE1RKI...

Hi EME`r friends,
I want to thank the RCU (Uruguayan Radio Club) for the enormous support of
the community to promote the special activity of CX1AA.
During 4 days of operation, more than 60 QSOs and 56 new CALLs were
obtained.
Thank you so much!
73 & Thank very much !!
