*Subject: [test-equip-trader] 144mhz cavity filters*
A few years ago I purchased a mess of 4 cavity filters for use with my
preamps. A single cavity has an insertion loss of about .3dB and the 3dB
bw was about 25 mhz. I decided not to use theman they sat on the garage.
They are made by TX RX systems (now Bird ). Go from 144 to 178 mhz. They
have bnc connectors, are 4" dia, can handle 125 watts, internal they are
silver plated, , made of alum, currently set up as a rack mount set of 4
in series, but can be used as singles. Ihave tuned 2 sets of 4 and they
are 144 to 145 bw. nice and sharp. IL 1.3dB. Prefer selling them as set
of 4 but can seperate. Set of 4 … $250 shipped conus. Single $60 +
shipping. Pics of set. I have 4 sets of 4
